I truly wished things went perfectly but unfortunately they did not. When I picked up my car, I asked the lady who showed it to me why the side of my car that had a scrape wasn't painted. I was informed it wasn't part of the accident though it wasn't there before the accident. The woman who took pictures had even made the comment that it was part of the accident when we had dropped it off. There was also a dent in my backseat passenger door with what looks to be white paint that wasn't there before the time of drop off. I'm sure it would have been noticed by the women with the camera since it is in plain sight. Also entering my car, I placed my arm on my armrest and was stuck by a shard of glass from the previous broken windshield. On observing the car, you can plainly see shards of glass in the front along with behind the passenger seat. This was a very long process to get my car back (over two weeks) in whih I was patient and was not pushy. I understood with insurance things might take more time. But in retrieving my car, I was disappointed with the scratches and dints left, not to mention the shards of glass left inside which caused (though small) injury. I was just hoping for a better, more complete, and certainly cleaner outcome.
