I was pleasantly surprised that my vehicle was repaired in a relatively short amount of time! The staff was professional, personable, helpful and even though it wasn't a good thing that my vehicle was damaged, it is good to know that they are a trusted and reliable shop!

The speed in which I was able to get the repairs going after filing a claim with my insurance, getting a rental car, and ultimately the repair itself. Unfortunate that I had accidents before, but fortunate that it was Burnside then and now!

Burnside Auto Collision did an excellent job on repairing my 2026 Chevrolet Silverado EV. It looks like nothing ever happened. They kept very good communication throughout the repair and even got it completed earlier than expected. I am completely satisfied with the repair.

Your team did an awesome job on my repairs! It’s been over 20 years since I have needed a body shop and I found you on the GEICO preferred vendor list…I was not disappointed. There was a lapse of communication at the beginning at either their end or yours letting us know it was ok to proceed. After that we would have liked more regular updates on the progress and delays - but we’re more detailed oriented that way

Communication was great, woek done was good. Came to pick it up and the "lining" on the front panel was lifting. So I have to return once the part is in. Just an inconvenience to have to bring the vehicle back.
