"There were way too many things wrong with the work that was done to my car. I literally brought it back to the shop after picking it up within 15 mins, thats how unsatisfied I was with the repairs as well as the detailing. Paint overspray on all 3 of passenger windows and rear window. Under TRAVERSE letters on passenger door all orange not red paint. Tape marks on the paint and on the black molding all around the car. The passenger doors will not open when you click the silver button on door handles, this is a HUGE DEAL TO ME!!!! This needs to be fixed!!!!! So not happy with this one!! Also had asked for it to be detailed completely, washed, waxed and carpets steam cleaned, the works which I paid $250 to have done. It was not good at all, I could have done this kind of job and saved myself some money. First and foremost the entire front hood and grill and back of side mirrors were full of bugs, like you could literally see the bugs hanging off of it. Back window was full of dirt. Opened sunroofs and both were full of dirt and streaked, like it never was touched. Inside front windshield was still filmy and dirty. Really dont think that the carpets were shampooed, the floor mats were dirty. Back windows by third row seating still had kids fingerprints on. Was it hand waxed I dont think so its still dull, the tape marks would have came off during a wax, and most certainly would not have bug marks all over it. You have texted me for this review several times and I kinda left it alone because I wasnt happy but now that I was cancelled again today to have my car brought back in to fix the issues with the repairs and to redo the detailing, Im going to type this all up. I dont think you have any plans on correcting these issues, and fine then refund my money for the detailing but the accident repairs I will not back down on, I had a new looking 2022 car and now its an old beat up car, thats not fair to me at all. Im sure no one will even read this and I typed all this for the heck of it, but I do work in customer service, and that speaks volumes." Read less
