I’ve had repair work done previously here. Staff and repair technicians have always been friendly and courteous and have never been disappointed as the finished product has been delivered as in new condition. I appreciated the replaced fender flares all matching👍🏻. The loaner I got was a life saver. Thank you to all the staff involved and to the friendly service team. One of my directional lights isn’t working. Communication during the repairs was minimal. Quite unprofessional. I’m not a happy customer. If this area had other options I would have gone elsewhere.

Hit a deer three weeks ago and I have always went to Lucky Bs. Mainly because Bruce Johnson is a customer and a friend. When I found out he was out of business I took my truck to Butches. WOW what a surprise I was in for. When I picked up my truck it looked like a brand new truck. The inside was show room new and it was washed and it looked brand new. I immediately went inside and thanked the again for making me feel like I had brand new truck. Thank Butches John dawson
