The guys at Butch's were GREAT. I know the issue was that the part they finally found was initially shipped to the wrong place. My ONLY issue was that Butch's never called with updates; I had to let promised deadlines pass by several days, and then initiate the call myself to hear that the situation had changed. I only wish that they would have been more proactive in keeping me in the loop on what was changing with the project, that's all. Repairs were great, and the guys were really helpful when I did call.

Butch’s was amazing to work with. I was unable to get a rental car initially due to my age, but once I got a plan figured out they were able to get my car in and out, as soon as possible for me! The customer service was amazing!! Communication was great! I could not recommend them enough.
