Very easy to work with, kept us well informed during the whole repair. When they could not figure a code out they even sent it to a dealership to make sure the repair was complete

The reason I gave this a 9 and not a 10 is that the trim that was repaired/replaced doesn't align correctly on one side of the vehicle. I plan on calling or stopping by to see what can be done. Everything else looks great.
