We use the latest technologies, including eight modern frame machines outfitted with the latest vision computerized frame measuring system for factory spec repairs and a computerized four-wheel alignment system. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at C&L Auto Body in Scotch Plains. From start to finish, Jennifer and Gian were absolutely outstanding. They were incredibly responsive, kept me informed every step of the way, and even sent photo updates throughout the repair process, which gave me complete confidence that my vehicle was in great hands. They truly felt like trusted advisors, taking the time to communicate clearly and making the entire experience stress-free. My car had a dented door that required bodywork and paint, and they had it looking absolutely brand new. Even more impressive, the turnaround time was under a week. Exceptional customer service, outstanding craftsmanship, and excellent communication are hard to find these days, but Jennifer and Gian delivered on all three. Everyone we worked with was kind understanding and responsive. Our car was fixed well and fast. We got updates throughout the experience.
