Over the past several months I have been waiting for my truck to be repaired. I understand that some parts took time to be delivered and some potentially back ordered. When I finally received my truck I was not satisfied in the quality of work that was performed. The clear coat on the paint has a texture and doesn’t appear to blend well with the rest of the truck. I see a notable difference in the truck. In addition, my front driver’s side fender along with my tail gate showed scratches which were not on the truck when it was originally dropped off. Also in the process my windshield was replaced and my rear view mirror appears to be missing a cover which conceals the wiring.

I told the desk staff that something in the front end was bent because the stealing shell was not level. That information was not given to your supervisor or never told to the alignment shop. Also I want an undamaged left front wheel. Your paint work is good and it’s a mistake to put that wheel on a car in as good condition as mine Only 50k miles on it.

I understand that the wheel has been a problem. But with the short Tim I got to see the body work and paint it looked good. Question. Did you put the pinstripe on the fender like the rest or the car.?
