I had concerns with the passenger side door not locking after accident. It still doesn’t lock. My concerns went unheard at both insurance co and auto body. They did however clean my vehicle afterwards which I haven’t experienced before. I do like this company better than the others I have had in the past. I just wish my concerns were heard and fixed.

Sorry to say this that many safety features on my Outback that are not working. 1. Backing up, the auto stop does NOT stop when it senses an obstruction. 2. Both mirrors sensors, left and right DO NOT indicate an on coming car on either side. 3. On the dash board, they’re is an upside down (! ) in orange, plus another orange image unknown to me. All should be GONE.
