We use the latest technologies, including eight modern frame machines outfitted with the latest vision computerized frame measuring system for factory spec repairs and a computerized four-wheel alignment system. Got a text message that my vehicle was there and repairs would start but 2 weeks later found out they sent it to Trenton as a loss and the nightmare started there and never ended. Got updates that my car would be done at a certain date and no one communicated that it wasn't gonna be. When I finally got it back the steering wheel lights wouldn't go on. Couldn't use any of the buttons to scroll music, the horn didn't work. The air conditioner didn't work and makes a horrible noise when turned on. My vehicle went there with almost a full tank of gas but got it back almost empty. The brakes don't work.

There was no communication from there end at all. They never notified me that my car was not gonna be ready and they could never give me a straight answer of when I would get my car back.
