They went over and above with making sure our car was repaired properly. They kept us up to date on all the repairs and was a great advocate for us with our insurance company to make sure all repairs necessary were covered. Will definitely recommend to our family and friends.

The shop completed a calibration after a single door repair for 2 small dents from a rock. The repair which cost $1075 was not approved by insurance and based on conversations with Chevrolet, not needed. The result was an out of pocket expense to me directly to assume possession of my vehicle. Deceptive practice and I plan to seek legal counsel to reconcile the issue.

The estimated completion time for the work was 4 days but it took 6 because an incorrect part was received. I suggest checking each part as soon as they are received in order to be more accurate in estimating completion times. The work was well done, I would have been completely satisfied with 4 days, maybe 5 but the 6th day to finish was difficult. I give the experience a 4 out of 5.
