The body work was great and customer service was good. I feel that having to pay $1100 out of pocket was a rip off and I feel that I was blindsided. The insurance co. Offered a solution and your co chose otherwise and I had to pay the price

I called and they said they needed my claim number. I gave it to them. After two weeks I had not heard from them. I called back. They said they needed my claim number. I told them I gave it to him. He said he would write it down this time. Not sure why he did not write it down the first time. This delayed my truck from getting in to repair quicker
