"Thank you to Luisana for your assistance in communicating with me regarding my car as well as a smooth pick up process. I did ask a lot of questions, but you answered them patiently and explained to me an email form, as well as in person of the different possibilities regarding paint job, the warranty, and any other services I might need later down the road. Also thank you to the team for getting my car repaired in a short amount of time but also doing an amazing job in repairing and replacing my bumper."

"Five stars for Damello Rivera and the team at AW Collision of San Jose! Damello oversaw the repairs on my 2026 Lexus LX 600 F Sport, and they did an amazing job. The work included repairing and refinishing the right front fender, replacing damaged front bumper components, and matching the Ultra White three-stage paint. They also handled pre- and post-repair diagnostic scans and coordinated the front radar calibration with Lexus. I appreciated the attention to both the finish and the vehicle’s safety systems. Having a brand-new vehicle damaged is frustrating, but I couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work. Thank you, Damello and the entire AW Collision team—I highly recommend them!"
