Connie sent me the necessary papers I need to sign very promptly. I was sent updates at least once a week, sometimes more. Steve called me and explained to me the repair process very clearly. He gave me a most reasonable estimated time of completion. The repair was completed late Friday (after 6 pm) and Steve was so kind to meet me and my husband at the repair shop on Saturday morning 9am, despite the shop being closed on Saturday. I will highly recommend Caliber Collision to whoever needs their service!

All the staff were very friendly and professional. I Was updated throughout the whole process, answered any and all questions and very thorough. My vehicle was done 2 weeks before expected and they made sure I was satisfied with everything they completed.
