I took my car in after hitting a deer and they were very easy going from the appointment booking to the finished product. Alex was very communicative about my car’s progress and even went out of his way to clean my car out as well which was the most unexpected part of the whole process. They had an expected date of April 15th when I took my car in March 20th and they had it done by March 31st. They were amazing and very professional and I highly recommend them.

Alex with Caliber Collision was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! His clear, consistent communication made the entire process completely stress-free. He walked me through every step and kept me updated the whole way. This was our teenage daughter’s car, and since she’s three hours away at college, it was such a relief knowing both she and her car were in such good hands. The repair work turned out phenomenal — they really went above and beyond, making sure every safety check was thoroughly done. The car looks great, and they got it back to her quickly so she wasn’t without wheels for long. We’re so grateful for the excellent service and high-quality work. I highly recommend Caliber Collision, and especially Alex, if you want a smooth experience and outstanding results!
