It would have been nice yo get a rundown of all the issues at some point. In this case insurance was paying for it so maybe that is why I was never alerted of what was being repaired.

Someone wrote the word faded on my trunk. I used the paint from East Coast Collision to cover that word and the two arrows. Two of my floor mats were on my back seat. A black marker was left in the car. Also, things were moved in my trunk and not put in the original setting. David and Sean are not on the same page. I was told two different options for fixing my bumper. Lastly, the bumper appears to be fixed and the paint looks good. I will monitor the progression as time passes day-to-day.
