From the front desk staff to the repair shop employees I give a 10 for their friendly serving hearts. Everything was excellent and process completely explained to me by phone at initial contact and then again when I dropped my vehicle off for repair. I was really impressed by how organized and how they phoned me with updates on the progress of my vehicle repair. When I went in to pick it up their friendly services continued. I was informed of what was done on the vehicle and what I should and shouldn't do to not cause issues with the new paint on it. Then they said that I could just leave the rental car my insurance provided me there with them as they have good relations with my rental car shop and the rental car was picked up by them and they also called me a said it was picked up by them and all was good. That was a seemless, non stress service!! Plus my vehicle looks great and the job for my repair was great. No problems with anything!! Thumbs up to Calibur Collision! I will definitely recommend your business to anyone who has a repair or car accident. Thank you for such great service 😀

I went into to get an estimate and they made everything extremely easy for me! Stevie and the lady at the front desk (completely forgot her name!) helped me so much! Also, Christian kept me updated on what was going on with my car. And they helped with enterprise. Everything was a one stop shop and it was super easy and I’d recommend them to everyone!
