The truck looks great and the staff was courteous and responsive throughout the whole process. I only have one thing that could have made the process better. I signed up for the text messaging updates. It would have been nice to get more updates especially at times when they found out that the delivery date would be delayed or when they found out it would be delivered. It made it difficult to coordinate returning my rental and I was charged an extra day because of it. Otherwise the process was smooth and the staff was respectful. I hope I don't need a body shop in the future but if I do, you will be my first option.
