Darin and Marcie were both fantastic. They were extremely helpful and very communicative throughout the process. My job came in slightly below the estimate which is always nice to see! It was extremely easy leaving the rental car there at caliber for pick up.

The boss Snowplow harness was incorrectly and not properly run when putting it back on the truck. Wires dangling everywhere. Basically, I opened up the hood, and I thought there was an extension cord laying on my engine. There’s a power wire that whoever decided that needed to be grounded which is incorrect. Having to take this to my mechanic so he can properly fix this. As of now, I am so disappointed with this facility. Darren has been really nice to try to solve these problems. I HAVE PICTURES!!!!!

Friendly understanding staff that did an awesome job with returning my 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 2002 HD to it's original shape. This truck has been with me for 20 years!. After beeing t-boned at a parking lot Caliber Collision patiently waited for me to get the transfer case replaced to make it possible for me to deliver the truck for repair. Your team was great! Andrew walked me through the initial inspection and gave me a timeline for the repairs. The consistent communication on the repair status and calibration was excellent. Darren detailed the repairs completed when I picked up my car. I appreciated the walk through on the warranty. Overall a fantastic experience. I will definitely recommend your team.
