Driver side mirror was replaced, it took a day and a half for the tech to calibrate the blind spot indicator. I needed the car for a trip and had to wait over an hour at the shop for the paperwork to be finished.

Work done was good, car was delayed and communication with my daughter was not as good as the communication with my husband. Was left to feel that it was because it was a young woman and not a man they were doing business with. Gentleman was very helpful upon delivery however
