Exceeded all my expectations. I also appreciated how they treated their rental car business partner staff. The day I received my car, Enterprise was physically moving their business and managing power outages due to wind. The Caliber staff remained professional when Enterprise was not as accessible as they usually were. This is important to me, being kind when things go on an unexpected path .

The communication was excellent. At the start we discussed the best way for us communicate. How I could stay informed and be responsive when needed. I cannot answer my phone during the work day. We landed on a plan with voicemails, text and email so the informing happened and I was responsive.
