SUV looks great! John and his staff were all personable, easy to arrange everything. Explained in detail and kept in contact with me throughout the entire process ✨️. John personally greeted me in the beginning, and walked me to car when I picked it up. Staff took care of my enterprise rental and I only had to exchange car keys. This business is not new, but new to the area. I suggest highly if you have the misfortune of a MVA accident, it will start to get better when you go to Caliber Collision of Asheville. I am a satisfied new customer.

Associates were friendly, informative and knowledgeable about repairs, quote was thorough and quick. My repairs weren’t too major so they had my vehicle ready in a couple days after dropping it off. Repairs looked great! You could never tell that anything ever happened my vehicle and a surprise bonus… they cleaned my car! Vacuumed and detailed! Caliber Collision went above and beyond and definitely hold a standard of excellence.

Fast friendly service. The team at the Swannanoa River Road facility was great. I was able to walk in on a Friday afternoon and talk to a service representative in person. Repair scheduled the following Wednesday. The final bill was less than the quote. I would definitely use Caliber Collision again.
