John at Caliber Buckhead took care of everything for me. He kept me up to date via text message and phone calls on everything that was happening with my car. The woman working the front desk, Maisie, took great care of me when I dropped my car off and was waiting for Hertz to get me. All around great customer service from everyone that worked there

Miss Cassie was amazing! She fix the problem I had with the initial repair and updated me on the works and when my car will be ready! I was initially very impressed by Travis at drop off but unfortunately we walk around the car and some of the initial damages we talked about was not completely fixed when I came to pick up my car but again it was fix by Geico! Thank you
