Staff friendly. Only complaint is I pull trailers and was supposed to get a rental comparable to what I have. They gave me a 2 wheel drive f150 when what I have is a 1-ton diesel 4x4. And even at that, when I got the f150 they said I can’t attempt to pull trailers with it.

The staff was thorough in communicating timelines from start to finish for repairs. When I picked up my vehicle Jennifer offered to return my rental to Enterprise at a different location off 685 saving me an extra trip. Overall, it was a good experience & would recommend Caliber Collision to friends & relatives!

The wheel liner wasn’t fastened at all and there is a part that was replaced that’s not the same color as factory ones white and one is black. The parts are not lined correctly on side that was fixed gap doesn’t match

Caliber Collision had great communication with me throughout the whole process from beginning to end. They were even nice enough to drop my vehicle off to my home after completion and picked the rental up for me. Jorge Ferrer was even nice enough to bring something of mine back to my home later. I’m very satisfied with the service. I give it 5 stars with 2 thumbs up.

Very good job done on the truck. Jennifer was very communicative and the quality of the repair was very high. Only reasons for 9/10 is because there was some rubber trim that needed some adjustment, a missing grommet, and the bed door has slightly lost its dampening while opening. Seems like a lot but for the amount of work that was done these are tiny issues, overall great job!
