Andy and Sarah were amazing and to deal with fixing another repair facilities poor workmanship they did so with a smile and went the extra mile. I definitely would recommend them to anyone that needs it.

The high level of cooperation and support from the CSR team made the experience so much better. There was an issue with the windshield wiper blade motor being burnt out that was unrelated to my insurance claim putting the financial liability on me, the lead mechanic said his advice was to have a shop better equipped with expert electricians and testing equipment for a more effective and economical troubleshooting solutions, even though it would have been arguably reasonable to provide a more expensive than average service without arousing (at least my) suspicion. That high level of concern for my financial situation added a welcome personal touch akin to family. Top that off with consistent and informative updates, the entire experience was stellar. Excellent work. Thank you. I’ll be back should the unfortunate need to fix a smashed vehicle arise again.

No chip guards re-installed. Claimed they couldn’t find them but I got them off eBay out of pocket which shouldn’t have happened. Contaniments in paint which caused the color to separate in areas and leave fish eyes in color. Then clear coated over them. Sanded the box side and I’m sure accidentally sanded/ hit cab corner clear and never fixed it.

Nice to your face but didn’t have your back behind the scenes. This is what happens when you go to a insurance preferred shop. Had to get MY insurance agent involved to make my repair complete with company decals. Still waiting on the rest of my vinyl decal to be replaced. Has been approved finally but not sure what’s going on with the suplement since I already have my vehicle back.
