I can’t give a 10 because there were times I needed an update and I never got a call back. And every time I had to initiate contact to get an update as opposed to them calling me or texting me.

Mike and his team were great. They had all the paperwork done and ready for my visits and Mike kept me informed on the status of my repairs. I have dealt with other Caliber shops that I would have to continually call to get information!! It was very refreshing I did not have to do it this time. Great Job!!!
