Loved the customer service and thorough repair. Even though the wait was longer than expected --- we did have a tornado hit the area and would be the cause of delays --- I would recommend Caliber for anybody in need of collision repair.

The original shop in NC missed a component when they did the original fix. I moved to AR before it was realized. The shop in AR made sure everything got done correctly (though it took a lot longer than expected). Still overall, am satisfied with the AR shop.

Originally we were gonna replace hood. Then pdr people came and said I can get that out and they ended up cracking my paint on hood so instead of then replacing their mistake they dusted it with paint and put 2mm thick clear coat without approval from me or my wife and didn't prep any of the other damage. Some from previous some from storm. Now every spot they didn't prep stand out very badly. Looks way worse than before
