Caliber is reliable, but it comes down to great customer service. Phillip is so knowledgeable and keeps you in the loop about your vehicles progress the entire time. My car looks brand new and it was repaired so quickly. If I have any future problems with my vehicle, I will use Caliber because I know Phillip is there.

I was kept well updated during the repair and the timing was accurately communicated. They detailed the car, which was a nice touch! They even forgot one thing and fixed it ASAP, no questions asked. Overall it was a great experience—getting my car repaired isn’t a recipe for pleasure but the team did a fantastic job.
