I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of completion and customer service done by Caliber Collision on my vehicle. Perhaps most outstanding was the communication from my Caliber rep, Dale, who kept me informed along every step of the way. My vehicle was finished ahead of time, and they worked with me even to the point of helping me transfer my belongings from my rental back to my fixed car. For as much as getting your car fixed is an inconvenience, Caliber went above and beyond to make is as pleasant and quick of an experience as possible.

Everything was flawless and professional! The only glitch was that Caliber didn't check that my trunk button was working, and my dad ended up working with the wiring quickly to the trunk latch, so it was a quick fix.
