I’m so impressed with the professionalism, and follow up through the whole process. Everyone I met with was so kind and cared. I enjoyed getting constant updates on my repairs. And I even had some extra scratchers they touched up and sent me home with extra touch up paint when I asked. I’m so incredibly pleased from start to finish. We have a second car that needs repairs and have already booked the appointment for that after this process extremely happy!

Caliber Collison was great! Someone rear ended me and I was unsure where to go. Caliber Collison was referred to me. They had my car a little less than a month and they worked well with Enterprise for a rental. I would have gave them a 10 but I received my vehicle back with 5 paint drips and something on the hood of my vehicle. I called them first thing in the morning and they said I could bring my car in to get looked at. They took my vehicle in and they fixed the paint drip and the spot on my hood no problem same day as the phone call. My vehicle looks so nice and I couldn’t be more pleased! Highly recommend!!!
