Staci and the entire team at Caliber Collision were incredibly professional, understanding, empathetic, and communicative! From dropping the car off to utilizing text messaging for correspondence I felt taken care of and kept fully informed. This was the first time I’ve had major body damage that needed repairs so I was relieved to have such a confident experience. The work itself was completed quickly and beautifully. This was literally the best experience of my life. Everyone was so nice and super accommodating. They had EXCELLENT communication throughout the entire process! Everyone was so friendly. They even finished my car two days early! Great job!

Lisa is amazing! She's professional but makes you feel like an old friend. She has done every estimate (3) for me as nd kept me informed every step of the way. Originally I wasn't supposed to get my car back until June 1st or 2nd. I got it four days early.

I would hand out business cards for them. Their work is do amazing. When you get your vehicle back, it looks like it just rolled out of the showroom.

Repaire was very fast I was was kept thoroughly informed throughout the process. Door repair looks and functions great. My only complaint is that no touch up was done on the paint scrape under the door.
