I am absolutely pleased with my vehicle repairs. I really like that I was sent text message updates during the whole process. Each individual at Caliber that I had to speak to and deal with was very nice and easy to talk to. Highly recommend and will always use Caliber for my vehicle repairs

Besides a few hiccups due to my wrap on my Jeep which was out of Caliber's control, the repair work was done perfectly. The dent that was in my door isn't noticeable at all and paint job looks brand new.

Service was excellent; all employees were polite and explained procedures clearly. They coordinated with Enterprise, so all I had to do was show up, drop off my keys, review documents, and drive off in the rental vehicle. The quality of the work is excellent, guaranteed, and they even finished a little sooner than expected. Highly recommend!
