Great customer service. Multiple updates on the progress. Answered all my questions, even the ones outside of the repairs when I was curious about my rental car. Walked me through the process before and after repairs.

No issues. The car looked great when I picked it up. Great customer service at pickup and dropoff. Constant updates about the process and finish date. Staff went the extra mile to help with things outside of the repairs when I had questions about my rental. Good experience and will come back whenever I need repairs done again.

The front desk was awesome. She called Enterprise to check on my rental the day of dropoff, and she broke down the repair process for me step by step. She went the extra mile to explain the rental process as well, even when she didn’t have to. 10/10 service The guy who assessed the damage was very nice and made sure I understood how he was marking the damage to my car. He explained all kinds of extra things to me and was very sociable and kind.

My only issue was price. If your going through insurance then who cares. We also needed a window replaced. Caliber quoted us north of $900. Called around and safelight quoted us $330 and they came to us.. that's a big difference.. I felt gouged by caliber over that.
