Toni and the team here are phenomenal at what they do. Had my 2023 Ford Mustang repaired here and it was an amazing experience. I am satisfied with the quality of the repairs but It was very disappointing and inconvenient when the completion date kept getting delayed from one week to a month which ended costing me not only my $500 deductible but another $3000 on having to pay for a whole month for a rental car big enough to fit all my 5 children.

I had a great experience except for having to bring it back due to the turn signal not working. It was just a bulb. They picked up the car and fixed it quickly. I will recommend Caliber in Carbondale. Tasha and Tony are excellent to work with as well as the rest of the team.
