Only problem was being told we could drop the rental at caliber when we picked up our vehicle. When we told enterprise where the car was they through a bit of a fit.

The two people I dealt with, the receptionist and the person who inspected and marked up the car, were personable and clearly explained the process. In short, highly professional. In addition, the work that was done was first-rate. One would never know the car was in a fender-bender.

The 2 employees I worked with, Tasha (not sure if I spelled that right) and Tony were extremely courteous and explained the repair process clearly. And the work was first-rate. The car looks the same as it did before the fender bender. Couldn't have asked for better service.
