After getting the car home, we noticed the hood is not on street. One side has barely a gap where it attaches and the other one has over an inch gap difference will be bringing it back in for you guys to take a look at.

We picked up our vehicle about a week ago. The repair quality appears to be first rate. The only dissatisfaction arises from the length of time (3 months) it took to get an appointment and the time we were without a vehicle (30+ days).

The front desk staff was completely new when we had our first interactions with the repair shop. There seemed to be a steep learning curve going on. Information was not initially communicated with my insurance company. After the vehicle went in for the repair, I did receive periodic updates on the repair status that I found useful.
