The ONLY flaw was that the estimate was not submitted to the insurance company in a timely manner. The repair job looks great. I would use Caliber Collision again.

There were a couple of small issues. They forgot to complete the submission of the estimate to the insurance company. And they used the wrong claim number on the final estimate. They corrected both issues promptly.

It did take longer than I wanted it to, but that is expected getting parts in a timely fashion. The quality of work was amazing from start to finish. I really appreciate the weekly updates and what to expect next. All employees are very professional and make you feel welcome! This is not your everyday body shop, they actually put in the effort and work to take care of the customer!
