The three instances of wrong parts coming in created completion delays that resulted in us having to pay for 10 days of additional car rental.

The repairs themselves seem to be of great quality. The communication lacked somewhere, because not only did I pay a $500 deductible, but I also had to pay $470 for the rental because what was supposed to be completed Dec 16th turned into Jan 19th
