The repair was amazing you can’t even tell that there was ever any damage at all. The time it took for the repair job to be done was also done in a very timely manner and the amazing team got the vehicle back to me and back on the road

The team at caliber collision was very attentive with giving me updates on how the repair was going and the estimated time for the repair to be done was not lengthy at all. The repair on my vehicle was amazing and you’re not able to notice that there was ever any damage on my vehicle.

Ever since my vehicle has come back to me the gear shift on my vehicle is locking and I have to shut it off multiple times to try to get it to go into gear and there is no rhyme or reason when it is going to happen but this needs to be fixed

To see chips on a new paint job, the wrong color underneath my grill and things not being clipped in properly under my hood, I definitely lack confidence that everything was done to typical standards.

Carbondale customer service was friendly, but their lack of communication was extremely frustrating and inconvenient to my daily schedule. I understand things don’t always go as planned when ordering parts, and that is out of their control. But they could have been more professional and updated me regularly considering these things were changing my pick up date and also affecting my work schedule. O’Fallon caliber was amazing and actually made it a point to make things right when I voiced my concerns about Carbondales lack of communication.

My experience with caliber was exceptional!! Tashyawho works the front desk and is the first person you see is fabulous. She is very knowledgeable and professional. The work done on my vehicle was great. I was kept informed throughout the whole process. I can’t say enough about Tashya she went above and beyond on customer service when she accommodated and coordinated the pickup of my vehicle and taking back my rental vehicle. I highly recommend getting your vehicle repaired at Caliber.
