Caliber Collision did an excellent job repairing our Mach-E. The quality of the work was outstanding, and we really appreciated the lifetime warranty, which gives us confidence that they will stand behind their repairs for years to come. A special shoutout to Chad for his attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, and customer-focused approach throughout the process. He made us feel like someone was truly advocating for us and making sure the repair was done right. Communication was also a real highlight. Caliber provided status updates twice a week, which kept us well informed without having to ask. The team was proactive, thorough, and clearly focused on both quality and a positive customer experience. On top of that, the repairs were completed quickly without sacrificing quality. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend Caliber Collision.

When they gave me an estimate, they said it would take two weeks. It was on 23 April. I told him on May 13 I had to leave for a wedding and would need it. They did not have it done until last Friday.

My phone number was miss entered into the system at some point so I never received any of the text updates from the shop. It was frustrating to have to call after the estimated ready date to get updates. Did not figure out this was the issue until I picked the truck up. A backup/secondary communication like an email could help prevent this from happening to other customers. Even with this everything went great! Very convenient and exceptional coordination with Enterprise on the rental car.

The repair was first rate both on content and the car looks like it is new. There is one thing that stoped me from saying it is the best I have ever seen. The wheels were filthy dirty and it was very notable. That one thing had a very negative affect on me. To take a a great job and then degrade it by not spending a few minutes to achieve what your public adversities says you strive for makes me hesitate. No the car did not come in fora wash job.However you don’t get an A+++. Sorry!😢
