Everyone was great. Body work looks perfect. But it would have been nice if someone had returned all the items from the trunk back to the trunk instead of leaving them in the front and back seats. Overall, great experience.

Caliber is one of the best auto shops I have ever used. They are very communicative in letting you know status and next steps with your car. They have a text line for updates that you can respond to and have real human conversations which was especially helping for coordinating my pickup time on the fly. Everyone was very friendly and when I picked up my car it was fully washed and detailed, inside and out, which felt above and beyond. They even made a small fix for me which was not part of my scheduled repairs. They are very friendly and easy to work with and I would highly recommend
