I would like to only recommend family and friends to the Mint Hill location as they were great and easy to deal with. However not sure I can say the same about south tryon.

Very upset with the work received, was not returned to pre accident condition as promised to me. A CEL came up on the vehicle and it was not brought in like that. My passenger side window does not shut completely now and when vehicle was dropped off both windows were working perfectly fine. The incorrect rear diffuser was put on and they cut an extra hole where the plastic is touching the exhaust tips, instead of purchasing the trim that is meant for the exhaust. An incorrect spoiler was also installed after showing pictures of the one that was one in, as the original was located in the trunk of the vehicle during drop off. From repair bill the spoiler they put was “OEM” but is clearly cheap aftermarket when the spoiler that came was the car to caliber WAS the OEM spoiler. The rear diffuser lights were just slapped back on without any connecting them to power, however they were able to connect the side markers with the same power that the diffuser ones required. The only thing I can say they did well on was the paint match. Overall very disappointed and hoping caliber south tryon makes it right by putting on the correct parts.

The GM at Caliber Mint Hill has been great to deal with and has been in contact with me through every step, however I cannot say the same about S tryon manager not reaching out and trying to make it right when his team incorrectly ordered multiple parts that were not on the vehicle prior and just slapping random pieces onto it.
