Car looks great paint job is awesome. Only complaint is they used a non brand wheel liner and it doesn’t fit properly. The very nice service person said they would order the proper one and let me know when it was in and they would fix it. If that happens they will surely get a 10. Easy to work with in regards to the insurance, rental car etc. Job was done in a very timely manner and the communication was excellent. Would for sure use them again.

The service representative was absolutely wonderful! He clearly explained what to expect, walked through the damage and suggested repair options, and completely handled the insurance portion of my claim. My car looks as great as the day I first drove her out of the dealership! A million thanks to the Caliber Collision representative who went out of his way to help get me back in my car well before the repair estimate and before his vacation! The woman at the front counter was also very helpful and sweet. They made a stressful moment much easier to bear!
