They don’t communicate well with one another. “I’m out of the loop,” my technician said to me.

Damaged light is still damaged, does not illuminate. The damaged light was discussed with the initial inspection technician, he photographed, guess-stimulated the replacement cost but didn’t replace the damaged part.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with the fix. I was told they were unable to figure out how to turn the traction control light off when I came to pick up the car. Luckily, it's turned itself off and appears to be staying off. It would have been nice to have received a call about it before picking up the car. My expectations were that my car was ready to go and repaired according to the messaging I got prior to arriving. I understand the limitations of Caliber when it comes to electronic/mechanical issues, but it just leaves a bit of a bad taste in my mouth not being aware of it prior to pick up.
