Awesome communication and updates! Nick Elliot made me feel very welcome and took a personal stake in the repair of my vehicle. Brooke and Lianna were also wonderful with expediting the parts process and ensuring my satisfaction, they were lovely to speak with! The staff overall made me feel like I was valued customer and like we had known each other for years! Great job! Would highly recommend. 10/10 I hope I never get in a wreck again but if I do I’ll without a doubt stick with the Caliber Crew!

Nathan R. was phenomenal to work with. He kept me updated throughout the whole repair process, via call and photos, and was very friendly and responsive! Even offered to have my vehicle delivered due to our ride situation and the fact that I was out of town. However, the maintenance practices were very poor. 3/10 at best. Debris, tape, and broken metal and broken pieces off of my bed liner left in the bed of my truck, the two grooves where roof rails would go look absolutely horrible, they look wrinkly from all angles. There was a loose bolt in my front passenger side that is supposed to hold my fender liner. There were two loose front bumper mounting bolts that mount up to the frame. The two top bolts on the both of the headlights were just barely past hand tight at best. There was a Philips bit sitting in my rear cup holder. My rear view mirror was not attached properly. Now all of those simple things make me question the quality of the repairs and replacements that were done that I cannot physically see. I don’t have too much confidence it was done properly, but the lifetime warranty is a nice thing to have. They did wash my truck and clean up the interior which was much appreciated, but coming from a mechanic myself, the maintenance practices are very poor and do not recommend.
