First and foremost we appreciate the care and professionalism of your team. The text messages with updates was an excellent touch. The car looked awesome and the quality of work is top notch. And once the car was done the care you took to explain what was done really impressed us. We’ve worked with other body shops and never experienced this type of service and complete professionalism. I don’t even know where to start. Was it the being lied to by Brooke Odell(general manager)for almost two months that my car was being worked on when it wasn’t? Or was it the fact it took almost 3 months for so called repairs to be done? Or the fact that after I received my car I took it to the dealership for an oil change and find out I’m missing hardware, there’s loose hardware and caliber collision has broken a part that wasn’t even damaged in the accident. The only part of the situation that was even semi pleasant was when I reached out to the regional manager, Aaron Ramirez, about 2 months in. He seemed genuinely upset with the way I had been treated and he was trying so hard to make things right. I’m just beyond upset at the situation and so angry that after picking up my car from them and driving 4 1/2 hours home and straight to the dealership I am informed that the radiator wasn’t even secured correctly on top of all the other issues. It is going to cost almost as much to fix my car now as caliber was paid by my insurance. WTH caliber, either do better or close it down. This occurred at the Clovis New Mexico location, other caliber collision locations may not be this way.

I really appreciated that they cleaned/vacuumed the truck when they were done. My previous experience with other shops, they did not clean it afterwards.
