I understand the shop has a lot of repairs because of a recent hail store in the local area. However, that does not excuse poor management and customer service.

There was a large mix up from the beginning when trying to schedule my car for repair. The store filed that my car had been repaired and received payment from my insurance before I even turned the vehicle in to start the repair process. They scheduled us quickly after I called regarding the insurance payment issue. We received the car back a couple weeks after turning it in. Everything looked great outside but the inside of the van was covered in grease on the roof. We are currently working with the store to turn the car back in to be cleaned.

The store seems to be lost honestly. We showed up to drop the car off and they had forgot they told me to bring it in on that date/time, then got mad at me for showing up before realizing their error. When we called for updates, they were rude like we were bothering them for an update on our car. The management seems to have gotten better since replacing their front desk clerk.

They did a great job it did take awhile to get vehicle back but then it was in the middle of the big hail storm we had and they had lots of people leaving.
