We are really disappointed that this once locally owned body shop has now become a big corporation owned business. Definitely not the same customer service and knowledge we experienced here before. We will be looking for a different locally owned business in the future.

When we picked up the car there was only one person in the office (this was at 2:00 on a Friday)and she didn't know how to adjust the bill. There was a credit supposed to be added because front grill didn't need to be replaced. Hopefully it got looked after on Monday if anyone returned to work.

I don't want a call to discuss. The actual work was great. Communication among staff left much to be desired. From day 1, every conversation I had with any employee had to be repeated at least one more time with someone else. I gave my insurance claim number to the same person twice, then they still didn't have it when I got there. Every time I called to speak to anyone, that person was gone for whatever reason and no one else could answer any questions. It was over a month after scheduling before I could actually get an appointment. When the repair was finally finished, the person calling me tried to tell me I owed the full balance rather than just the deductible. That was not the case. I called back to let them know it would be the next day before I could get a ride to pick it up. Hours later, someone called me to ask if I was coming that day. When I got there to pick it up, the guy who walked me out to look at it was very nice. The repair looked good. Once I got in the car, I found my front license plate laying in the front floor. Someone came out and put it back on. While the detail is a complementary service and not one that is required, it left much to be desired. The car smelled like someone farted rotten milk, and the screen and dash panel were cloudy and streaked. The windshield had towel marks all over it. They put the cloth floor mats on top of the all weather mats in the back seat. Still road grime around and inside the badges on the outside, and the wheels were streaky as if they had been washed by a 7 year old. TL;DR: repair itself was great. Service was lacking.
