Mr. Kurtis George is very kind and patient to explain all my confusion. The restoring work was finished earlier than I expected. And my car seems brand new by cleaning both exterior and interior. Rental car is also convenient. I appreciate all flows can be done by myself with the help of the front desk. I don't have to ask for a ride from my friends.

This has been the best customer service experience that I have ever had to deal with. From the time I dropped my car off until pickup I could not have been more pleased. Kurtis was professional, kind, attentive, and made sure to keep me involved in every decision. I got numerous updates regarding my repairs, estimates, and the time frame in which it would be complete. My car was repaired and picked up in less than 2 weeks! The entire staff at Caliber Collision were a dream to work with. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. I picked my car up and it was like I was driving it off the lot for the first time. Not only did it look brand new, but the inside was spotless! Thank you for all your hard work!
