For starters my there was paint damage not repaired when they had my vehicle the first time so now I have to bring it back in AGAIN. My windshield washer fluid reservoir was replaced but they didnât fill it with washer fluid even though they billed for it. The washer reservoir was missing a fastener to attach the neck of the filler neck to the inside of the engine bay so I had to go get one myself. I was changing my oil yesterday and when I shut the hood a bolt and washer fell out of the engine bay from somewhere so I have no idea where that is from but now itâs missing a bolt somewhere.

Although there are issues that arose, I feel that when I speak to employees at the shop they will likely be resolved. None of the issues I noted are necessarily âlife changingâ. That said, so long as these things are addressed, I see no reason why I would not recommend them to someone else, especially considering they basically had to rebuild the entirety of the exterior of my vehicle. I understand that with so much work to be completed, there are bound to be minor issues which need to be addressed

Windshield wiper improperly installed such that it prevented proper functioning. Damage present to bumper that was not present when vehicle was dropped off. Several area of paint splatter in the truck bed on the bed liner, license plate lamp was not fixed in spite of it having been a part of the scope of work, and I discovered a few days after having picked up the vehicle that technicians failed to reinstall the female portion of a seatbelt in the rear. Additionally, a ârattlingâ noise is present that had not been there prior to the shop having done work.
